We offer in-person training in New York City and Los Angeles, as well as virtual sessions anywhere in the country!

Battle Body Personal Training Sessions Include:

The Kickstart Session–Your journey begins with a personalized 1-on-1 fitness consultation followed by an initial assessment, where we’ll dive deep into your needs, goals, and past experiences. No judgment, just understanding, support, and a clear plan to move forward.

Customized Training Program–Get a fully personalized training program designed specifically for you. Whether you’re training in person or over Zoom, your workouts will align with your lifestyle and goals—no more cookie-cutter plans or aimless routines.

Progress Check-ins–Consistency is key, and we’re here to make sure you stay on track. Enjoy frequent progress check-ins to celebrate wins, tackle challenges, and adjust your program as needed to keep you motivated and moving forward.

Ongoing Accountability & Support–You’re never alone on this journey. In between sessions, we provide ongoing support through text or email to answer questions, offer encouragement, and help you navigate any bumps along the way.
